About the Role:
At Abrazo Scottsdale Campus, we are seeking a highly skilled RN MedSurg Clinical Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires a unique blend of clinical expertise and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate functions and activities related to a single departmental function.
- Responsible for a clinic unit and coordinates the scheduling efforts of the unit RNs.
- Acts as liaison person to internal and external customers.
- Develops and implements plans/processes for meeting regulatory requirements.
- Trains and mentors staff.
Requirements:
- License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona.
- CPR and ACLS certifications as applicable.
- Minimum two years relevant clinical nursing experience.
- Preferred experience in management with two years supervisory experience.
