Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough biopsychosocial assessments, creating effective treatment plans, and delivering substance abuse treatment to assigned clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based substance abuse treatment to assigned clients, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Document client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with agency and regulatory requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid license to practice as a mental health professional in the state of Ohio.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Experience in conducting biopsychosocial assessments and developing treatment plans.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based substance abuse treatment modalities and protocols.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, and paid time off.
