About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team at HP Development Company, L.P. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for fostering and managing strategic internal partnerships across various departments to drive collaboration, innovation, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to foster collaboration and partnership across different departments and teams within the organization.
  • Identify and drive initiatives that contribute to revenue growth through effective internal partnerships and joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies that leverage internal partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects and drive accountability to ensure timely and successful delivery of initiatives.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of internal partnerships, adoption of the new platform, and collaboration efforts.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and growth through internal partnerships and drive initiatives to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on the status and impact of internal partnerships on overall growth to senior management.
Requirements
  • Typically brings extensive experience, ideally 8+ years, in SaaS operations or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing internal partnerships or cross-functional collaboration in a large enterprise tech company.
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful strategies in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
What We Offer

HP offers a comprehensive benefits package for this position, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, long term/short term disability insurance, employee assistance program, flexible spending account, life insurance, and generous time off policies.

The base pay range for this role is $137,000 to $211,000 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
