Executive Culinary Specialist

At Chloes, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement menu plans, recipes, and inventory management systems to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
- Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety in the kitchen, including adhering to food safety regulations and protocols.
- Lead and train kitchen staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and excellent customer experience.
- Source high-quality ingredients, create new recipes, and stay up-to-date with culinary trends and techniques.
- Prioritize time management and workflow efficiency to meet demanding kitchen standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in high-pressure kitchen environments, such as busy restaurants or catering services.
- Strong culinary background, with expertise in various cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Excellent knife skills, food preparation, and presentation abilities.
- Keen eye for detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
- Effective leadership and communication skills to motivate and train kitchen staff.
