At the Good Samaritan Society, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Administrator to lead our long-term care team. As Director of Nursing, you will oversee nursing programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and optimizing geriatric care processes.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. You will be responsible for managing clinical programs, maintaining quality resident care, and providing nursing services as needed. Your strong leadership skills will enable you to effectively manage and direct the work of individuals or teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of nursing programs, including clinical management, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance
  • Leadership in managing clinical programs, staff supervision, and personnel development
  • Development and implementation of marketing activities, including community events and media outreach

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in nursing (or equivalent experience)
