Quality Improvement and Education Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Quality Improvement and Education Coordinator to join our team at Bryan Health. The successful candidate will partner with leaders and staff to create a safe, efficient, effective, equitable, and patient-centered work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate collaborative discussions with providers and disciplines to improve patient care.
- Lead quality improvement projects, maintaining documentation of charters, plans, progress reports, meeting minutes, data files, analyses, and improvement cycles.
- Collaborate with nursing and cross-functional leaders to evaluate patient care processes.
- Analyze measures of care quality to identify problems, trends, and results of improvement activities.
- Develop informative reports for stakeholders, utilizing evidence-based practices, systems thinking, data, collaborative relationships, and iterative cycles of improvement.
- Participate in meetings, committees, case reviews, and projects as assigned.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure from the State of Nebraska or approved compact state of residence.
- Advanced nursing degree with a master's or doctorate in nursing.
- Minimum of three years clinical nursing experience.
- Basic Life Support (CPR) certification.
