Job Title: Registered Nurse
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at vTech Solution, Inc. in a Medical-Surgical/Tele RN role.
About the Job:
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a short-term acute care setting with a highly experienced team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, managing complex medical conditions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care: Administer medications, perform various medical procedures, and monitor patients' condition.
- Assess and prioritize patient needs: Conduct thorough assessments, identify areas of concern, and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Document patient information: Accurately record patient data, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Requirements:
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Licensure: Current RN license in good standing.
- Experience: 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Medical-Surgical or Tele RN setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BLS Certification: Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
- Tele experience: Previous experience working in a Tele RN setting.
Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $83,500 - $105,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Benefits:
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48 hours per week.
- Overtime Opportunities: Eligible for overtime pay based on facility needs.

vTech Solution, Inc. is a short-term acute care hospital with 471 total staffed beds. Our hospital features an electronic health record system, Epic, and a dynamic team environment that values collaboration and open communication.
