Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Land Analyst to join our team. As a Land Analyst, you'll be responsible for managing land records, ensuring data integrity, and providing exceptional customer service to our partners. You'll work closely with our team to resolve complex problems and develop strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply specialized knowledge to interpret legal obligations and prepare land contract documents
  • Provide solutions to moderate complexity problems and assist company partners
  • Conduct title searches and reviews, and prepare analysis of legal obligations for potential legal actions
  • Mentor other land records personnel or contract support
  • Develop strategies for handling costs related to rental payments and ownership updating
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in data management systems (for Land Analyst II)
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in land records management/data management systems and title specialist experience (for Land Analyst III)
