Varjo Technologies, a global leader in mixed and virtual reality technology, is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in facilitating Agile processes, supporting our development teams, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Guide and coach Scrum teams in Agile practices, ensuring adherence to core principles and best practices.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Act as a servant leader, removing impediments and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Work closely with Product Owners to ensure well-defined, prioritized, and aligned backlogs.
- Help teams stay focused on delivering high-quality products by promoting transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor team performance, track progress, and provide regular feedback to help teams improve their processes and deliverables.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile leaders to share best practices and drive overall process improvements.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a technology-driven environment.
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum, with hands-on experience guiding teams through the full lifecycle of development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
- Problem-solving mindset, with a focus on removing obstacles and finding innovative solutions to improve team productivity.
- Passion for technology, particularly VR/XR, with an interest in working in a fast-paced, cutting-edge environment.
- Familiarity with software development processes and tools, including JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile management platforms.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
