Sunrise Early Intervention offers a rewarding part-time opportunity for an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team as a Developmental Therapist. In this role, you will work with infants and toddlers in their natural environments, providing comprehensive therapy services to support language development and overall growth.

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to conduct evaluations, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for children from birth to 3 years old.
  • You will work closely with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Your expertise will be invaluable in identifying areas of concern and developing strategies to promote developmental growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct home visits or daycare sessions to assess and treat children's communication needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including goals and objectives aligned with state and local regulations.
  • Communicate regularly with parents, service coordinators, and Sunrise administration to ensure timely progress updates and coordination.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources, ensuring exceptional care and support for children and families.

Requirements:

  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Communication Disorders from an accredited university.
  • CURRENT licensure or registration in the state (as applicable).
  • Successful completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) experience.
  • Prior experience in Early Intervention is highly preferred.
