About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our construction division, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-profile construction projects in the Greater Houston Area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining objectives, scope, schedule, budget, resources, and deliverables.
  • Estimate project costs, create budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
  • Allocate resources efficiently, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to meet project requirements and timelines.
  • Create and maintain project schedules, coordinate activities, and ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones.
  • Negotiate contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors, and oversee contract execution to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project objectives and outcomes.
  • Implement quality control measures, conduct inspections, and ensure adherence to construction standards and specifications.
  • Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal team members.

  • Ability to foster a collaborative work environment, encourage teamwork, and leverage the strengths of each team member.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary: $135,000 - $155,000 per year.
