Job Description

This role involves working with senior engineers, product managers, and designers to build innovative features and products for our community and clients. As a collaborative software engineer, you will interact with customer success managers who serve as the voice of our customers. You'll guide junior engineers, improve technical weaknesses in codebases, and contribute to systematic improvements.

Responsibilities

  1. You will start your day with online onboarding and get familiar with our tools.
  2. Within the first 30 days, you will be part of your new squad, learning about our technology stack, including Ruby on Rails, GraphQL, ReactJS, and more.
  3. In the next 60 days, you will commit code to our repositories, developing skills as a fast and effective software engineer.
  4. Beyond 90 days, you will lead projects, collaborating with sales, marketing, and other functions, and develop expertise in cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience with Ruby on Rails or Python, along with familiarity with ReactJS and TypeScript, generative AI, ElasticSearch/OpenSearch, and GraphQL.
  • A proven track record of making a positive impact in previous roles.
