Job Title: Senior Training Specialist

At Talent Groups, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Training Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing corporate learning materials and programs that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop training materials, plans, and programs that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training programs align with business objectives and goals.
  • Develop and deliver training programs, including instructor-led training, web-based training, and job aids.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management, education, communication, social work, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in training and development, with a focus on corporate learning.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs that drive business results.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with e-learning software and learning management systems.
  • Knowledge of adult learning and instructional design principles.
  • Ability to analyze training needs and develop targeted solutions.
