Fine Dining Server

Job Summary:
Aatmos seeks an exceptional Fine Dining Server to provide outstanding guest experiences at our Creekside Restaurant and Bar. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and efficient food and beverage service, and maintaining the highest standards of quality in all aspects of your work.

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced server with a passion for fine dining and exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of wine, whiskey, and bourbon, as well as menu items and ingredients. They will be able to communicate effectively with guests, take orders accurately, and manage multiple tables with ease.

Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest needs and requests
* Ensure timely and efficient delivery of food and beverages, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation
* Develop strong relationships with regular guests, learning their preferences and tailoring service to meet their needs
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
* Minimum 1 year of fine dining experience preferred but not required
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple tables with ease
* Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
