Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified Regional Account Manager to support business development activities in the New England area.

About Leidos

Leidos has a career opportunity for a Regional Account Manager (RAM) to strengthen customer relations and grow business across various sectors, including Defense, National Security, Civil & International, Health & Commercial, and Digital Modernization.

Responsibilities
  • Identify customer technology and service requirement gaps that may lead to new business opportunities.
  • Perform market research to qualify new business opportunities, including analysis of customer budgets, capability requirements, customer preferences, competitive environment assessments, and incumbent strengths and weaknesses.
  • Coordinate meetings with customers, competitors, and teammates to develop market insights on requirements, acquisition strategy, acquisition timing, and contract vehicle choices.
  • Support cross-organizational capture activities, including building Leidos teams, assessing win probabilities, and executing customer call plans to shape acquisitions in order to win business with new and existing customers.
  • Cultivate and sustain exceptional customer relations with current and potential customers across the New England region, employing Leidos' Business Development processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 15+ years related experience.
  • High potential for successful customer engagement, business development, and program and capture management across multiple customer organizations and program offices.
  • Organizational and mission knowledge of potential customer organizations, where requirements and opportunities align to Leidos' technology and services offerings.
  • Experience working with/on Hanscom AFB and greater New England military and civilian government personnel.
  • Access to key government customers and industry partners.
  • Flexibility to travel as required, estimated up to 20% per month.
  • Ability to use automated tools such as Microsoft Office to present ideas, information, and reports.
  • Active Secret-level clearance with the ability to obtain a TS clearance.
Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $144,300.00 - $260,850.00 per year.
