Overview

We are currently seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals to join our Management Training program at Enterprise Holdings. As a Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to start your career with a world-class portfolio of brands and leading provider of mobility solutions worldwide.

Our Management Training program is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in a management role. You will learn about customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, and will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a hands-on learning environment.

As a Management Trainee, you will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure your success, and will have the opportunity to establish relationships essential to building your own business.

Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Managing financial operations and ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Leading and developing a team of employees to achieve business objectives
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree or be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program within 2 semesters of graduating. You must also have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
