Atrium Health Cabarrus, a leading regional hospital in Concord, NC, seeks an experienced Nurse Program Manager to oversee our SANE Forensic Outreach/Advocacy program. This 16hr/week position plus on-call hours offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with leadership, provide quality care, and lead a team in a fast-paced clinical setting.

The ideal candidate will possess strong program management skills, experience in nursing, and knowledge of SANE training principles. A BSN is required, with an MSN preferred. NC RN licensure and 2 years of nursing experience are also necessary. Program management experience and SANE certification are highly desirable.

As a key member of the healthcare team, you will coordinate clinical care, develop pathways, and ensure high-quality continuity of care for patients. You will also supervise and coordinate interdisciplinary care conferences, collaborate with other clinical team members, and evaluate educational materials. The physical demands of this role include prolonged sitting, standing, or walking, as well as reaching, stooping, and bending.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
