">We are partnering with one of Indiana's most established General Contracting firms, a mid-sized company focused on commercial, retail, healthcare, hospitality, and industrial projects in the Indianapolis area. With over 30 years of experience, they pride themselves on their diverse project portfolio and strong forecast of projects in the coming years.
">Job Summary

- The successful candidate will lead the preparation of construction documents, administer contracts with owners, subcontractors, and vendors, manage value engineering efforts, and prepare and process all paperwork and documents in a timely and complete manner.">
- They will also ensure compliance with construction permits, prepare and maintain project schedules and budgets, communicate changes to project personnel as needed, and review, approve, and process draw requests and payments to suppliers and subcontractors.">
- Furthermore, the individual will work with owners to transition projects from construction to residential operations, address project completion and warranty issues, and prepare final close-out documentation.">
- They will be responsible for managing budget and financial reporting, interpreting and analyzing reports to ensure adherence to project budget, and managing the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program.">
Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years of Construction Project Management experience, with commercial construction experience being required.">
- They must possess strong oral and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Procore, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.">
- Furthermore, the individual should have good time management skills, a detail-oriented approach, and experience with complex detailed projects.">
- Additionally, they should be able to work independently and as part of a team, have a strong track record with client relationships, and be capable of problem-solving.">
- A ground-up experience is preferred, as well as the proven ability to deliver commercial construction projects on time and on budget.">
- Lastly, they must be able to work in a multiple-project environment and have the desire to grow their career professionally and drive the growth of a highly reputable General Contractor.">

- A competitive base salary of $90,000 - $115,000, depending on level of experience, with performance-based bonus potential.">
