Job Summary

As the Director of Player Development at Bally's, you will be responsible for driving Player Development initiatives, including increasing the player database, revenue, and creating special events that foster a fun-filled atmosphere.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Foster a culture that embodies Bally's Born to Entertain philosophy by creating an engaging and entertaining environment.
  2. Promote a customer-centric culture, offering superior guest service and building long-lasting guest relations.
  3. Establish, implement, and enforce policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goals.
  4. Select, train, and develop team members through education, training, coaching, and corrective action.
  5. Oversee the execution of Player Development initiatives, supporting Slot and Table Games marketing.
  6. Develop and implement strategies to increase club membership, loyalty, and casino revenue.
  7. Coordinate and implement player special events, ensuring all guest problems and concerns are addressed.
  8. Attend special events presented by the casino and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum three years of prior experience in casino marketing or five years in casino operations required.
  • Must have a minimum of three years of experience in player-tracking systems.
  • High-level public relations and customer service skills are required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required.
  • Must have a working knowledge of table games and slot machines.
  • Must be able to work weekends, weeknights, and holidays.
Physical Demands

Regularly required to see, talk, hear, walk, and stand. Frequently required to use hands to handle, feel, and reach. Occasionally required to sit or stoop. Occasionally lift and or move up to 30 pounds.
