The Hospitals of Providence is a leading healthcare provider in El Paso, Texas, seeking a highly skilled and experienced ED Charge Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a Charge Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the delivery of nursing care in our Emergency Department, providing leadership and guidance to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
Job SummaryThis is an ongoing 36 hour per week opportunity with 12 hour shifts, requiring a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for working collaboratively with medical, ancillary and support staff to maintain standards of professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.
As a Charge Registered Nurse, you will participate in patient and family teaching, provide emotional support and counseling, and coordinate discharge planning to ensure seamless transitions of care. You will also work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the delivery of nursing care in the Emergency Department
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with medical and ancillary staff to develop and implement effective care plans
- Participate in patient and family teaching, emotional support, and counseling

What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
