Job DescriptionWe are seeking an intermediate-level Compliance Analyst to join our Payments Compliance Team in Vilnius, Lithuania.
The ideal candidate has a passion for information security and understands essential concepts such as encryption, access control, and secure network management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting customer projects and services by providing information security consultation and assessment services.
- Evaluating processes, services, technology, and operations against industry security standards to help clients meet their compliance obligations.
- Participating in challenging information/cyber security projects and assisting with analysis, documentation, and key remediation actions.
- Delivering tasks or projects assigned to a high professional quality, on time, and within budget.
- Staying up-to-date with vulnerabilities, technologies, new threats, and trends in the cybersecurity industry.
- Developing and reviewing security policies, standards, and procedures tailored to each client's unique culture, security goals, and organizational objectives.
- Delivery of client engagements to a high-quality standard, covering assistance in gaining PCI standards compliance, Swift CSP, PSD2, and other areas of Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
To be considered for this role, candidates must have at least one of the following:
- An ISO27001, CISA certification, or similar qualification.
- A degree in computer engineering or an ICT field.
- Previous professional experience providing consultative services.
- Professional expertise in information security with the ability to understand and apply security principles practically.
Candidates should also possess soft skills such as:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong analytical, innovative, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills.
- Fluent English is a must; proficiency in Lithuanian and Russian would be an advantage.
