Club Concierge

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate at TruFit Athletic Clubs. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with members and guests, promote club services, and contribute to our mission of providing a welcoming environment for everyone to reach their fitness goals.

Responsibilities:

• Providing exceptional customer service and support to members and guests
• Handling incoming calls and responding to member inquiries
• Managing front desk operations, including inventory and supplies
• Participating in community outreach and events
• Selling memberships and promoting club services

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles or sales
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications

Compensation and Benefits:

• A competitive salary range $25,000 - $35,000 per year
