Inpatient Phlebotomy Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Inpatient Phlebotomy Specialist to join our team at TriHealth. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for collecting quality specimens from adult, geriatric, pediatric, and infant patients for diagnostic testing. Your expertise will ensure that our patients receive accurate and timely results, while also providing exceptional customer service to our patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
* Collect blood and other specimens from patients in a timely and efficient manner
* Ensure that all specimens are properly labeled and handled to maintain their integrity
* Collaborate with our laboratory team to ensure that all testing is completed accurately and on time
* Provide excellent customer service to our patients and their families
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Phlebotomy certification preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in phlebotomy
Working Conditions:
* This position requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting of up to 50 pounds
* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
