Family Support Specialist

The scope of this position includes providing direct care, coordinating care, educating clients and families, outreach, and advocacy. To be successful, you will need an educational background in child and family development and prior experience working with children and families.
We are looking for a bilingual candidate who is able to travel to all communities serviced by the HFP. In return, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 403(b) retirement plan and tuition reimbursement.
