We are seeking a Seasonal Receptionist to join our H&R Block team during the tax season. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, handling client inquiries, and scheduling appointments. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized, friendly, and inviting service to clients
  • Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
  • Schedule clients according to their preferences
  • Handle client inquiries and concerns as they exit the office
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment with team members
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Sales and/or marketing experience
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of cash register operations
  • Experience with a Windows-based computer system
