Wound Care Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Wound Care Nurse to join our team in Randallstown, MD.
Job Summary:
The Licensed Practical Nurse will work under the supervision of the Unit leadership and Unit charge nurse to develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct ongoing reassessment and gather data relevant to the individual needs of the patient or family
- Review and update care plans per policy
- Implement, document, and provide care and education based on the plan of care
- Evaluate and document patient care outcomes
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and accountability in the LPN role
Requirements:
- American Heart Association CPR Certification
- License for Practical Nursing
- Wound Care Cert within 2 years of hire (PRN exempt)
