Job Overview:

Aegis Therapies is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our supportive team at The Heights of Tyler - Tyler, TX. This is a full-time position, with a 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday. As an OTA, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include assisting occupational therapists in providing therapy services to patients, developing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be responsible for communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess a current license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant or be able to obtain one in the state of practice. Previous experience working in geriatrics is highly preferred.

Salary:

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
