Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Family Birthing Services team at WellSpan Health. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to expectant mothers and their newborns.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement, direct, and coordinate patient care through the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Recognize and treat physical and psychosocial changes unique to the age/population group served on the specific unit.
- Develop and maintain a professional demeanor, representing the hospital in a positive way.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, coworkers, other departments, physicians/providers, and community.
- Support coworkers, initiatives, and a patient and family-centered philosophy.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred.
- Experience applying customer service behaviors and communication skills required.
- Certification in specialty preferred.
- CPR certification required.
