Dell GmbH is a leading provider of innovative technology solutions. We're seeking a talented Business Development Manager, Enterprise Solutions to join our team in the San Francisco - East Bay, California area.
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced sales professional who can develop new accounts and expand existing ones within an established geographic territory or product line. As a Business Development Manager, you'll build strong customer relationships in the field while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create business plans to capitalize on current and future market trends or achieve operational efficiencies
- Collaborate with senior management on critical issues
- Identify product strategies for Dell's approach to various customers and industries
- Conduct competitor assessments and evolution of profit pools

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience selling technology solutions
- Aptitude for understanding how technology products solve business problems
- Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of contract interpretation, negotiations, and project management
- 0-2 years of outside sales experience
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Compensation and Benefits
The Total Target Compensation (TTC) range for this position is $139,400 - $180,400 (includes base salary and commissions with a 60/40 split).
