Job Overview

Perry Homes, LLC is a leading home builder in the United States. As a part-time customer experience ambassador, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

As a customer experience ambassador, your primary responsibility will be to greet and assist customers in a prompt and professional manner. You will also be responsible for:

  • Greeting and registering visitors to the model home, providing them with marketing materials as needed;
  • Assisting with visitor registration, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and recorded accurately;
  • Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner;
  • Demonstrating the features and benefits of our model homes and inventory properties;
  • Maintaining the appearance of the model home, including opening and closing procedures as required;
  • Providing administrative support to the outside sales professionals as designated;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues;
  • Light typing and filing skills, with proficiency in performing basic administrative tasks;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meeting changing business needs;
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates with prior experience in a customer-facing role;
