We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Behavioral Health to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive compensation package, flexible schedules, and a supportive environment that empowers our nurses to provide exceptional patient care.
About the Role
- Assess and develop individualized plans of care for behavioral health patients and their families, incorporating physical, psychological, social, and spiritual factors that may impact their health status.
- Provide 1:1 patient care, communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care, including teaching behavioral health philosophy and pain management to staff in alternate care settings.
- Initiate and supervise the delivery of care by behavioral health aides and LPNs, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices in behavioral health care.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of approximately $85,000 - $105,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements
- Current, unrestricted state RN license.
- 1+ years of experience in a clinical care setting as a nurse.
- Able and willing to travel within branch/office coverage area, with a dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.
- Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree in Nursing, with previous home health or hospice experience preferred.
