Job Overview

We are seeking a committed and skilled School Speech-Language Therapist to join our team. This role is essential in supporting students facing communication challenges, enabling them to excel in their academic pursuits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough assessments to evaluate students' speech and language capabilities.
  • Design personalized treatment strategies that align with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy services focusing on articulation, language development, fluency, and social communication skills.

  • Track and report on students' progress, making necessary adjustments to therapy plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student outcomes.
  • Engage in IEP meetings, contributing to the formulation of educational strategies for students.
  • Stay updated on current research and best practices in speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience in a school environment is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of speech and language disorders along with evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
