Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Dietary Aide to join our team at Goodworks Unlimited. As a key member of our food service program, you will be responsible for supporting our residents' dietary needs and ensuring a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the kitchen, dining, and food storage areas in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Provide assistance in the preparation and serving of meals, ensuring hot foods are served hot and cold foods are served cold.
  • Assist in meeting and maintaining licensure standards.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by the associate's supervisor, including food preparation, serving of meals, clean-up activities, and dishwashing.
  • Learn and respect resident food preferences and diets.
  • Ensure all food is within its expiration date and dispose of expired food accordingly.
  • Properly label all food in the kitchen, refrigerators, and stock.
  • Maintain confidentiality and respect HIPAA laws.
