As a Strategic Account Executive at ServiceNow, you will be responsible for driving the success of our Customer and Industry Workflows products globally. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing sales strategies to grow existing accounts and expand into new ones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
  • Oversight of executive relationship management for assigned accounts, ensuring strong partnerships and trust-building
  • Lead virtual teams, collaborating closely with Core Field, Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support, and Professional Services
  • Establish trusted relationships with C-suite personas across CIWF product(s) and CIWF multi-workflow solution(s)
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of customer needs, developing targeted solutions to address their pain points
  • Present 'art of the possible' demonstrations showcasing ServiceNow's capabilities, orchestrating successful relationships with stakeholders
  • Drive regional development, working closely with Solution Consulting counterparts to deliver outstanding customer experiences
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in software or solutions sales, preferably within a Customer Service Management/CXM/CPaaS vendor
  • Proven track record of establishing and maintaining strong relationships with C-level executives and other key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in simple terms
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, driven by a passion for innovation and growth
