Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy using evidence-based methods in various settings, including homes, schools, and community centers.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to help individuals communicate, interact, and achieve independence.
  • Collect and analyze data using proprietary software to inform real-time decision-making and improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), families, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support and coordination of care.

Requirements:
  • Energetic attitude and genuine desire to help individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Some college credits or current enrollment in a relevant field.
  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
