As a Clinical Health Services Coordinator at DOCS Health, you will play a critical role in supporting the health readiness of military service members. With over three decades of experience, we are a trusted industry leader in providing high-quality healthcare services.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as an independent contractor. As a Clinical Health Services Coordinator, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide health readiness services to meet the medical and dental requirements of various branches of the military, including the U.S. Army Reserve, Navy Reserve, Marine Forces Reserve, Coast Guard Reserve, Air National Guard, and U.S. Air Force Reserve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Physical Health Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of military personnel to ensure they meet the necessary health standards for deployment.
  • Review Health History: Review service member medical records and questionnaires to identify any potential health concerns.
  • Interview Military Personnel: Engage with military personnel to determine their current and prior medical concerns.
  • Document Results: Document interview results and readiness classification in the service member's medical record using our proprietary system.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited registered nursing program.
  • Certification: Possess a minimum of CPR and BLS certification.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Licensure: Unrestricted license in a state, territory, or Commonwealth of the United States.
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Resilience: Ability to handle high-stress situations and work effectively.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with patients, team members, and the public.
    • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and demonstrate a positive attitude.
