We are seeking a highly skilled FPGA design professional to join our team at Lockheed Martin. About the Role

This role requires an individual with extensive experience in designing complex digital signal processing systems using FPGAs. You will be responsible for performing advanced FPGA firmware architecture and/or custom digital board designs, as well as interfacing with program leadership and teammates on a regular basis.

Our ideal candidate possesses excellent technical expertise to implement designs without appreciable direction, and has a proven track record of successfully developing technical solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity applied to FPGA design and/or board design.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering or equivalent engineering/technical bachelors degree and 7+ years of relevant work experience
  • Prior technical leadership experience
  • FPGA architecture and design, with applied knowledge of AMD(Xilinx) and/or Intel(Altera) FPGA devices and their associated application environments.
  • Digital board design of complex mixed signal boards to support FPGAs.
Salary Information

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $89,600-$171,800. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location.
