As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care to patients with chronic wounds. Your expertise in wound care and management will be instrumental in helping us deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough health assessments and record complete medical and psychosocial history into the electronic medical record.
- Perform advanced wound care therapy using advanced techniques, including sharp debridement and amniotic allograft placement.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to deliver best outcomes for patients.
- Order and interpret lab and diagnostic testing.
- Follow up with patients to determine the effectiveness of recommended treatments.
Requirements:
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Kansas.
- Advanced Wound Care Certification Preferred.
- Advanced Wound Debridement Certification Preferred.
- Master's Degree preferred.
- Current CPR Certification.
