About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Early Head Start Home Visitor to join our team, responsible for delivering high-quality home visiting services to young children and their families. As an EHS Home Visitor, you will play a critical role in promoting healthy child development, strengthening family relationships, and enhancing community capacity.

This is a full-time position, with a competitive salary range of $15.00 - $23.00 per hour. Our benefits package includes paid time off, health insurance, and retirement savings plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide home visiting services to young children and their families, focusing on early childhood development, parent-child interaction, and family support.
  • Collaborate with community partners to ensure seamless service delivery, leveraging local resources and expertise to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development, staying current with best practices in early childhood education and family support.
  • Contribute to program evaluation and quality improvement efforts, helping to refine our services and better meet the needs of our clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience working with young children and their families, preferably in a home visiting context.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
  • Familiarity with early childhood development principles, including attachment theory and child-led learning approaches.
