Job Summary:
The Advanced Practice Provider - APP (Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant) assumes responsibility for providing advanced medical care practice within a clinical specialty and adheres to the scope of education. In collaboration with other healthcare team members, they strengthen advanced medical care practice and promote positive patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical practice: Providing high-quality patient care and making informed decisions about treatment plans.
- Staff and patient education: Developing educational programs to enhance staff knowledge and improve patient outcomes.
- Research: Participating in research studies to advance medical knowledge and improve patient care.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Nursing - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- New Jersey Advanced Practice Nurse & Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant license.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
Compensation and Benefits:
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
