Emergency Services RN Role at Providence Milwaukie Hospital

Providence Milwaukie Hospital is seeking a skilled RN to join our Emergency Services team. As an RN in this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification
  • National Provider PALS - American Heart Association certification within 90 days of hire
  • 1 year of nursing experience
