Senior Technical Hardware Deployment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Hardware Deployment Specialist to join our team at ManTech International Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the deployment of hardware solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the baseline process, including market research, hardware testing, product evaluation, documentation, and support.
- Apply advanced troubleshooting methodologies to resolve complex technical issues.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via ServiceNow tickets.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver projects in a professional environment.
- Ensure timely resolution of tasks and assignments with minimal supervision.
- Follow step-by-step install guide instructions as part of QA procedures.
- Train site personnel in the proper use of hardware.
- Communicate with customers to identify needs and address issues via email or meetings.
- Create and update necessary installation guides and knowledge base articles.
- Install Microsoft Windows OS on desktop workstations.
- Provide customer-focused interaction with clients.
- Travel up to 5% locally in the DC metropolitan area to customer sites for deployment activities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Information Technology.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and effective decision-making.
- Experience in Customer Service.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Productivity applications, Team, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor's degree highly preferred.
- One or more technical certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, etc.) highly preferred.
- PowerShell knowledge.
- Experience in Jira Software.
- Experience with ServiceNow.
Clearance Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret clearance.
- A current and active Secret clearance is strongly preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for up to 50% of the time.
- Must be able to deliver clear and effective communication both verbally and non-verbally.
- Must be able to work in an office environment and be able to freely move within this space.
- Must be able to effectively use IT peripherals.
- Must be able to deliver presentations as needed.
- Must be able to review, decipher, and understand program manuals, software/hardware manuals, training manuals, etc.
