Nuclear Medicine Imaging Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at Steward Medical Group - West. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will play a critical role in assisting authorized users in the application and management of radionuclides, procuring, preparing, and quality controlling radiopharmaceuticals.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and inject radiopharmaceuticals in a safe and controlled environment.
- Operate and maintain nuclear cameras and other equipment.
- Obtain and process high-quality images using established protocols.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic patient care environment.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
- Graduate from an American College of Radiology (ACR) approved school of training.
- NMTCB, CNMT licensure.
- Current Radiologic Technologist (RAD) licensure.
- Current Basic Life Support (CPR) certification.
- Experience working in a nuclear medicine department.
- Knowledge of radiation safety protocols and procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
