Speech Therapy Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a talented and dedicated leader to join our Speech Therapy team as a Supervising Speech-Language Pathologist. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and fostering a culture of excellence within the department.

Main Duties:
  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.

Qualification Requirements:
  • Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • At least 5 years of clinical experience in a hospital or rehabilitation setting.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • State licensure and National Provider Identifier required.

Compensation Package:
This role offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $132,000 annually, based on qualifications, experience, and location.
