Job Summary
The Housekeeping Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Housekeeping division at Wynn Las Vegas. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the division by managing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Ordering office supplies
- Managing attendance and discipline
- Certificate of merits
- Managing light duty personnel
- Assisting with lottery drawings and Lemaland Schedule Program changes
- Safety and work injury citations
- EOM paperwork
- Requesting checks and making payments
- Managing meeting agendas and petty cash reimbursement
- Managing the Director's calendar and answering phones
- Researching guest complaints
- Assisting with office visitors
Requirements
This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain accurate records.
