Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Director to join our team at Cesna. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex financial models and planning data to support our organization's growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and oversee the Cost of Goods Sold module changes from NetSuite
  • Develop and maintain financial models and planning data to support strategic business opportunities
  • Drive improvements in the Segmentation reporting module (i.e. B2B/B2C customers) with constant updates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis
  • Support the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis to ensure correct and timely year-end reporting/closing
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, or finance-related field required
  • CPA holder is a must
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in financial system build and analysis
  • Experienced in SAP or NetSuite module usage and building the system for budget and electronic approval/management
  • Experienced in BS/PL/CFS analysis report using NetSuite system
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and other financial systems
  • Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
