Phlebotomy Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at Quest Diagnostics Incorporated. As a Phlebotomy Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients and preparing them for lab testing. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect blood samples from patients and prepare them for lab testing
Enter billing information and collect payment when required
Coach, mentor, and instruct new employees
Travel to additional doctor's office or Patient Service Center sites when needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
Phlebotomy certification preferred
Five years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
