Travel Healthcare Professional for Radiology Technologist Role

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team on a travel assignment in Rochester, New York.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for performing radiological imaging procedures using various modalities such as X-ray, CT scans, and MRI. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong understanding of radiation safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities- Perform radiological imaging procedures on patients, adhering to standard operating procedures and radiation safety guidelines.
- Prepare patients for exams by explaining procedures, positioning them correctly, and providing reassurance as needed.
- Operate and maintain radiological equipment, reporting any malfunctions or issues to supervisors.
- Maintain accurate records of patient information, exam results, and technical data.
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
- Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Experience working with radiological equipment and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive benefits including:
