Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and energetic Front Desk Supervisor to lead our membership sales efforts, book intro classes, and retain current members. With a focus on fitness knowledge, you'll drive revenue growth while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Studio Manager with new membership sales, lead generation, follow-up, and close
  • Book and confirm intro sessions to ensure seamless client experiences
  • Manage front desk operations, greet and check-in clients and prospects
  • Conduct tours, establish relationships, and tailor services to individual needs
  • Maintain personal sales production to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Enforce club objectives as a fitness and wellness provider
  • Promote available services to members, driving revenue growth
  • Book quality appointments, achieve sales quotas, and follow up with leads
  • Participate in special events to promote the studio
  • Ensure studio cleanliness and maintain a welcoming environment

Requirements

  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
  • Goal-oriented with ability to achieve sales targets in memberships and retail
  • Ability to learn and use ClubReady software system
  • Availability on evenings and/or weekends to accommodate member needs
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Compliance with studio safety protocols

Compensation & Perks
