Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Team Member to join our team at Bango New Hyde Park. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while preparing and serving high-quality food products.

About the Role

  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of all Bango Bowls products with precision and efficiency.
  • Maintain a calm demeanor during peak periods or unusual events, ensuring store operations run smoothly and providing a positive example for your team.
  • Anticipate customer needs by constantly evaluating their satisfaction and communicating feedback to management.
  • Support new staff members through training, focusing on reinforcing positive performance and offering constructive guidance as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by recognizing changes in morale or performance and reporting them to the store manager.
  • Prioritize excellent customer service, responding to customer needs promptly and consistently.
  • Familiarize yourself with operational policies and procedures, adhering to guidelines for cash handling, safety, and security.
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace, allowing partners to locate resources and product efficiently.
  • Prepare and present quality beverages and food products according to recipe and presentation standards.
  • Comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations for all products.
  • Recognize and reward individual and team achievements using existing organizational methods.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000-$55,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
